Job Description
A client of ours in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a full-time Content Marketing Manager. You will oversee the content marketing strategy, communications planning, and implementation for brand and growth campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape campaign development, setting goals, defining target audiences, and determining channel mix.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategy for our suite of Payments Technology solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Marketing teams to create compelling written content for new and prospective merchants.
- Ensure high-quality standards for website, blog posts, social media, and email campaign materials.
- Report content performance results to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
- 5 years of content marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong passion for payments ecosystems and ability to simplify technical concepts
- Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing strategies using data
- Experience with CRMs and tracking KPIs for implemented campaigns
- Proficient in design tools like Figma or Adobe Suite
- Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
- History of managing marketing budgets
- Able to work independently and on a team
Preferred
- Experience with Payments or related Fintech industry
